About this session
A short, focused call to sense whether we’re the right match for a brand identity and/or website project. We’ll look at where your brand is in its journey, what you want to create, and whether my way of working is the right container for it. What happens in the call: + We briefly ground in who you are and what you’re creating + We clarify the project focus (brand, web, or both) + We touch timing, scope, and investment level + We decide together on the next step (proposal, Brand Direction Session, or no further action) What this call is not: This is not a strategy or consulting session and we won’t be redesigning your brand or website live. If you need deep brand alignment, raw strategy, and elemental mapping, the right entry is the paid Brand Direction Session. Important: By booking this call, you understand that it is a fit and logistics conversation only. In some cases, after reviewing your answers, I may suggest starting with a Brand Direction Session instead, or let you know that it’s not the right moment for us to work together.
Terms & Credit Policy
Policy: Each session is a reserved, time-specific creative service. Payment & reservation: Your time is held once your booking is submitted. Payment is required to confirm the booking. I will email you payment instructions immediately after you book. Non-refundable fee: All session fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, changes of mind, or unused time. Payment deadline: Payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the session start time. If payment is not received by then, the booking is cancelled and the time is released. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Changes within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation. No-shows / non-payment: If you do not attend your scheduled session or fail to complete payment after booking, the session is forfeited. It will not be rescheduled and you will not be eligible to rebook with my studio in the future. EU/consumer notice: By booking a time-specific service, you request delivery on a scheduled date/time and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights may be limited or may not apply where permitted by law.
