About this session
This is not a casual consultation or a free discovery call. It is a guided strategic session designed to help you understand what your brand is asking for now, what may be weakening its perception, and what direction will create the strongest next step. We look at your current brand, offer, audience, website or visual presence, and the main place where clarity, trust, or premium perception may be missing. What Happens in the Session: The session is held in two focused parts with a short integration break in between. Part One — 30 minutes We look at where your brand is now: your current identity, offer, website, audience, direction, and the main place where clarity is missing or perception is weakening. Integration Break — 10 minutes A short pause for reflection. I use this time to gather the pattern, sharpen the direction, and prepare the clearest response. You can use this time to organize the most precise questions for the second part. Part Two — 30 minutes We move into direction: what your brand most likely needs next, what should be refined, what should be avoided, and whether the strongest move is identity, website, both, or a more focused strategic adjustment first. What You Leave With: By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of: · what your brand most needs now · what may be weakening trust, clarity, or premium perception · whether your next move should be identity, website, both, or something else · how your current presence is being received · the strongest practical next step for your brand What This Session Is Not: This is not a full brand strategy package, full website plan, logo design session, copywriting service, implementation container, or design delivery. It does not include a finished visual identity, logo, website design, copywriting, or designed assets. Credit Toward a Project: This session is included inside the Signature Website Experience. If booked separately, the €444 session fee may be credited toward a Signature Website Experience or approved brand identity project if you continue within 30 days of the session. This credit is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. It applies only to a confirmed project with Leia Vallante Studio.
Terms & Credit Policy
Policy: The Brand Direction Session is a reserved, time-specific creative and strategic service. Payment & Confirmation: Payment is completed through the booking checkout. Your session is confirmed only once the booking and payment have been successfully completed. Non-Refundable Fee: The session fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. This includes cancellations, changes of mind, unused time, missed sessions, or failure to attend. Any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Rescheduling: One reschedule may be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation. In the case of a genuine emergency, serious illness, or exceptional unforeseen circumstance, the session may be rebooked once at the studio’s discretion. No refund is issued. Late Arrival / No-Show: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show. If you do not attend the scheduled session, the session is forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Session Link & Access: The Zoom link is private and may not be shared with anyone else. Recording: Recording the session is not permitted unless agreed in writing before the session. Professional Boundaries: Leia Vallante Studio may refuse, cancel, or end a session if the booking appears inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or outside the scope of the service. Refund eligibility in such cases is assessed at the studio’s discretion and in line with applicable law. EU / Consumer Notice: By booking a time-specific online service, you request delivery of the session on the scheduled date and time. You acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited once the session is confirmed, prepared, or delivered, where permitted by applicable law. Booking Agreement: By completing this booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Session Terms, including the payment, non-refundable fee, rescheduling, late-arrival/no-show, credit, scope, privacy, and consumer-notice policies.
